Almost.. the same reasons for an older adult to move to Assisted Living as a Nursing home facility. I doubt that is what either wants to convey to general public! Assisted Living, in my opinion, want to give the impression that it's the first step to being cared for not necessarily a place to move to because you can no longer care for yourself.. just safer place.
