• Destructive Overdependence - You look to others for guidance and reassurance even in situations where independent functioning is called for.

• Dysfunctional Detachment - You have trouble leaning on others even when it is appropriate to do so.
• Healthy Dependency - You are able to ask for help without feeling helpless, and use others’ advice to cope better the next time around.

We are working to get more information to further work in areas of caregiving and aging with our first survey.  We hope to expand to include more surveys in the near future to focus on technology, mental health, and finance so we can continue to bring you the blogs you want to read, with the most relevant information.  All surveys are completely confidential.  NO identifying information.
